Grievance filing deadline for United pilots
Short answer
180 days from when you reasonably would have known the facts the grievance is based on. Bookkeeping errors can be corrected after that.
What the contract says

Can the deadlines be extended?
Yes, by mutual agreement between the company and the grievant or ALPA. § 17-C-1
